Our company’s production infrastructure is equipped with a modern production workshop and ageing test workshop and has stable and efficient production so we can usually produce 8,000 to more than 10,000 sets per month.

One of the most crucial advantages of Clodesun is its easy and quick installation process for our integrated solar street light.
For each foldable design Integrated solar street light, the installation process only takes 5 to 10 minutes.

Although integrated solar street lights share common styles and features, many manufacturers are adding new advanced features, and use different materials to produce one that is different from other manufacturers in the industry.

Besides, various manufacturers in the industry offer different pricing due to some factors, such as product material, location, company reputation, and additional services.

As a leader in the integrated solar street light industry, Clodesun pays close attention to product quality and company reputation, striving to make excellent quality products with fair pricing.

Most of our customers always aim to get the best battery for their new solar street lights that save both energy and money; has a long life span as much as possible and requires only zero to minimal maintenance.

Multiple batteries are being offered in the market, such as Nickel Metal-Hydride, Lithium-Ion, Lithium Polymer, and Lead-Acid batteries.

But the two types of batteries we used in solar-powered street lights are Ternary lithium battery, and lithium iron phosphate battery(LiFePo4 battery), since they are compact.

The batteries of integrated solar street lights usually can last up to 5 to 7 years. However, if the users use the street light to its full performance capacity, it would be ideal to replace the batteries every 2 years. You can continue replacing it as long as the unit is still working on its best.

Solar street lights are built up with solar panels and batteries. Its panel emits and converts sunlight into power while its battery acts as energy storage. During sun peak hours your solar street lights charge up and its saved energy will be used during rainy or cloudy days or during conditions where there is limited sunlight. The battery can keep the light up at night and work for 4 to 5 days.

Solar street lights are composed of solar panels with light fixtures, solar batteries, lighting controllers and sensors, cable looms, and light poles. Typically, a large solar street light with more than 90AH 12v battery is required to have marked miniature circuit breakers and other features to comply with AS/NZS 3000 (electrical safety standards).

Our solar street lights are easy and quick to install. Clodesun new design solar street light products are world unique models patented but you can easily install them on your own without any experience in the electric field. By following our provided instructions included in the product kit, you can install new street lights in just 10 minutes.

Clodesun focuses on providing lighting systems to any customized outdoor place. Our systems cover more than 1,500 locations all over the world. You can use our solar street lights in:

• Road lighting such as highway, roadside, ordinary road, etc.
• Open area lighting such as backyard, garden, parking lot, playground, tennis court, etc.

Solar street lights usually are not high maintenance but if you want to prolong the life of your solar street lights, you may consider following its basic care maintenance guide. Although some can do self-cleaning, others do not. To avoid early damage that can affect its performance you should keep the solar panel clean. You may do a regular visual inspection to ensure that the solar panel is facing the correct angle, has no accumulated stains or dust and no water is stuck inside its pole.

All solar street lights are built with weather resistance features since they will be placed in an open area and outside the buildings. Weather resistance differs from manufacturer to manufacturer as they engineered their resistance capabilities to the wind intensity or weather conditions of a specific region.

Advantages of integrated solar street light：

1. Easy to install. As long as the screw can be tightened, it can be installed. It saves labor and construction costs a lot.

2. Compact structure and a compact appearance. In order to show its advantages, it has been improved in German new design and performance.

3. Long service life. It is a high-tech product. The quality of the control system and some accessories are reliable.

4. Saves energy and environmental protection. It uses solar energy as a power source. This saves energy and decreases pollution emissions.

5. Safety. There are not so many cables, no accidents related to electric shock or fire.

6. Wide range of applications. Solar energy comes from nature, so it can be used where there is sunshine. It is suitable for green landscape lighting, as well as some high-end residences and some tourist attractions.

Matters needing attention of integrated solar street light:

1. When designed and configured, the power of the battery panel is small and the battery is not fully charged. The performance is normal at the beginning. But after a few rainy days, the light begins to dim, and it is dark in less than a year.

2. The battery capacity is so small. The setting of the controller is not in line with the local actual. The result is a decrease in the measure after more than 3 days of cloudy and rainy days. In this case, there are many cloudy and rainy days. Problems are prone to occur during the period, and other times are normal. However, if the number of local rainy days exceeds the setting of the solar street light controller. This will bring a huge burden to the battery. And cause the loss of aging and early life reduction of the battery.

3. If the LED lamp holder uses high power, it may cause the battery to be over-discharged and aging. If the power is low, the brightness will be insufficient. This will cause cost waste.

Application solar-powered street lights:

Clodesun focuses on provide customized outdoor Integrated solar LED lighting systems. Our systems cover more than 1,500 locations around the world.

1. Road lighting

Highway, ordinary road, car lane, etc.

2. Open area lighting.

Airport, park, garden, parking lot, playground, tennis court, etc.

3. Pedestrian area lighting.

Squares, courtyards, paths, etc

4. Venue lighting

Around the factory, around the industrial zone, etc.

Solar street lighting still charges on a cloudy day, however, because clouds diffuse the strength of the sunlight, the charge at that time is less. However, Clodesun systems are sized appropriately to ensure the solar-panel-to-battery ratio can provide at least 3 or 4 days of battery autonomy, to maintain minimum lighting levels at all times.
